Terms and Conditions

 Welcome to Buffalo Pumpkin Co (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a porch decorating package or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. We provide seasonal porch decorating services including design, delivery, and setup of pumpkins, gourds, hay bales, mums, and related décor. Specific package contents are listed on our website and may vary slightly based on product availability. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed, and accepted payment methods will be provided at that time. Services are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, and exact delivery and setup times will be confirmed through direct communication. Customers do not need to be home for setup, but access to the porch or entry area must be available. Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund, while cancellations made within 72 hours may not be eligible for a refund due to product preparation and scheduling. No refunds are provided once a package has been delivered and installed. Pumpkins and natural décor items are perishable and may vary in longevity depending on weather conditions, temperature, and wildlife, and we are not responsible for damage, theft, or early decay after setup. Removal service is available in November for an additional fee and must be scheduled in advance. We are not responsible for staining or natural residue left by pumpkins, hay, or gourds, nor for injuries caused by tripping hazards or misuse of décor after installation, or for any weather-related damage such as wind, rain, or snow. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and clear instructions for porch access, ensuring the setup area is safe and free of obstructions, and notifying us of any restrictions including gated access, pets, or HOA rules. We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time, and updates will be posted on our website.
